There are 9 completed 2nd Ed games in PBF list. 3 wins each for Baratheon and Stark, and 1 each for Lannister, Greyjoy and Martell (Lannister was with 6 VP at end of Turn 10). No wins yet for Tyrell. Hardly statistically reliable, but at least an indication that Baratheon and Stark are best placed to win.

All this comes with a caveat: I have to admit that this strategy worked better in the first edition because of the vicious Martell cards therein. I still find this to be a reliable strategy, though.
